All our orders are handmade to our customers specific needs. Therefore, we regret to inform we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized products.
If there are any problems with your purchase please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@sewthearabway to notify us.
We make every effort to show the colors on screen as close as possible to the products you will receive. However, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Images on this website should not be relied upon as such. The representations are limited by technology and may vary due to screen and printer settings.
Fonts: We try to be as clear as possible and include all font types in the listings of books and Qurans, as well as pictures of the inside. Please check the listings carefully.
Once a personalised item has been ordered it is tailor made for you, therefore, we DO NOT offer any refunds or exchanges.
If there be any damages to the item (i.e. during transit or the item arrives damaged) you will need to email us (support@sewthearabway) within 24 hours of receiving the item along with photographic & videography evidence. We cannot be held liable for any accidental/ wear and tear damage.
Shipping costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item via a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All sales of digital and physical products through our website, sew the arab way are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products purchased.
