Shipping Policy

1. General Policy

  • All your orders will be processed in 1-3 business days after placing the order
  • Shipments usually take another 6-10 business days for other cities in India
  • Estimated delivery time is mentioned on the product page when you enter your Pincode on the product page.
  • Once the order is placed, you will receive the products within 6 -10 working days. Public holidays, National holidays and Festivals may observe more days for delivery of products.
  • Disclaimer We offer a wide range of customization options for our gifts. Ensure that you carefully review and select the desired specifications before placing your order. Double-check the spelling, dates, and any personalized details to avoid errors.

2. Terms of Shipping and Delivery

2.1. We collaborate with third-party logistic service providers (“Logistic Partners”) for product shipping and delivery. Details of the Logistic Partner responsible for your order will be provided once your product is processed and handed over. Standard dispatch timelines range from 7 to 10 days from the order date, depending on location. The estimated delivery timeline will be displayed on the order confirmation page. We will also share order details via email and/or mobile. We reserve the right to ship and deliver products directly without engaging Logistic Partners.

2.2. We strive to deliver products across India but may determine certain areas as unserviceable. We will notify you if your area is unserviceable when placing an order. You can check serviceability by entering your area pin-code.

2.3. To ensure timely delivery, we may request specific information such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. Ensure all information provided is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by you.

2.4. We will attempt to deliver the product within the estimated timeline. If you are unavailable to accept delivery, our Logistic Partners will make up to 3 attempts. If unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a return. We may deduct shipping and delivery charges from any refunds processed due to such cancellations.

2.5. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Logistical issues beyond our control;
  • Unsuitable weather conditions;
  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, etc.;
  • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.;
  • Other unforeseeable circumstances.

In such events, we will attempt to inform you via email and/or mobile. We disclaim all liabilities arising from our failure to notify you of delivery delays. We are not obligated to compensate you for any claims arising from shipment delays or the use of purchased products.

2.6. We engage Logistic Partners, employees, and agents who maintain high standards of ethics and integrity, and act with professionalism and good manners. However, we are not responsible for the actions or inactions of delivery individuals, as we cannot monitor each delivery executive. As we facilitate product delivery, we are not liable for any issues caused by delivery personnel, including service deficiencies, incorrect deliveries, delivery times, or package tampering. Any issues between you and the delivery personnel must be resolved independently. You agree not to hold us responsible for resolving disputes with delivery personnel.

2.7. After placing an order on Sew the arab way store, we process the order and hand it over to the Logistic Partner. You will receive a unique tracking number to track the status of your order on the Logistic Partner’s website or mobile application. Our customer service team coordinates with the Logistic Partners to ensure timely delivery and make reasonable efforts to update tracking status in real-time. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of tracking information, which may be affected by time lags or technical difficulties beyond our control.
